Beta Psi Council & Chapter (our relationship)
The Foundation looks to the Council as a resource of finding engaged alumni to be Trustees and other volunteer roles necessary to carry out the Foundation’s mission and programs. The Beta Psi Council is charged with fostering brotherhood among alumni and undergraduate Brothers. It fulfills its mission and purpose by hosting various social and networking activities with alumni and the undergraduate Chapter. By keeping alumni engaged with each other and the undergraduate Chapter, an active pool of alumni are available to volunteer with the Beta Psi support groups.

Two years ago the Council brought back the annual Golf Tournament, and this year we bring back another great tradition: the Fall Party. This was a regular event for many years and had somehow fallen off the annual calendar. Well it is back and it was a great success. 170 attendees (100 undergrads, and 70 alumni) came to the event and thankfully we were 10 short of fire code capacity. Looks like we will have to find a bigger location next year. Food was prepared by Chef Dieter Quinn that included and entire smoked pig plus the fixings. Music was provided by Beta Psi Alums, Matt Palmer and Chad Havens. Special thanks to Megan Babb, Mary Ann Carley, and Jessica Rice who not only helped throughout the night but also stayed late to help cleanup. Also, thanks to everyone who attended and helped support the Beta Psi Council.
We look forward to next year and the Spring Golf Tournament,
Bailey, Garrett, Stephen, and Taylor
